Sponsorship opportunities

There are a number of opportunities for which we are currently seeking sponsorship.

Sponsorship itemsWelcome Reception This reception is held in the bar on the first evening of the conference, Monday 12th April. The Institute's AGM will also held on this evening. This is an opportunity for delegates to meet old acquaintances and make new friends for those arriving alone. The cost covers wine and fruit juice, and, depending on numbers attending, is approximately £400 to £500.

Quiz Night This item in the programme is a highlight of the conference and is very well attended. Teams battle against each other through question and answer rounds and a one off challenge of their ingenuity. The evening often has a theme, with such titles as "I'm an Ergonomist - get me out of here" or "Universally challenged". We are seeking sponsorship for items that might be needed for teams to use during the evening, for prizes and for drinks. This could cost in the region of £800.

Conference bags A great, long-lasting way to advertise yourself! The cost of the printed bags will depend on the style of bag available, the number of colours in the logo, and definition of the company logo. This year they will be two colour on both sides of the bag. The approximate cost is £800.

Annual Dinner Drinks Reception An opportunity exists for someone to sponsor the Annual Dinner Reception. This is a smart and very enjoyable social networking occasion. The estimated cost depending on the number of guests is £500.

Exhibitors' reception On the first day of the conference after the exhibitors have set up, there will be a drinks reception. All the delegates will gather in the Exhibition Hall to visit the exhibition stands. The cost of this reception is approximately £600.

Stationery items Miscellaneous items of stationery such as pens, rulers, writing pads, etc., can be printed and distributed with your logo. The cost can be approximately £150 - £200.
